Delivery & Collection

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to ensure our beautiful clothing reaches customers wherever they are.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 working days from the dispatch date.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am – 9pm, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order:

UK Delivery: Between £5.99 – £9.99
International Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

You will see the exact shipping fee during checkout before you confirm your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our local pick-up point in the UK.

At checkout, select “Local Pickup” as your delivery method.
Once your order is ready (usually within 1–2 working days), we’ll send you a message with collection details.
Please bring your order confirmation email or ID when collecting.

📍 Collection address will be shared in your confirmation email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance for international orders.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
